A new office complex that was part of a wider urban regeneration project to redefine riverside precinct neighborhood, we were tasked with conceptualizing an office building with interactive touch.

We introduced face bricks reminiscent of traditional clay used in Nelspruit and aluminum window frames to bring in a modern touch, all materials used insured minimal maintenance on the life of the building. Greenery in the exterior created a transition between private and semi-public garden spaces, while courtyards created free slow circulation and naturally regulate airflow to offices.
