Project Description

To create a sought-after student accommodation hub in Auckland Park a site within a strategic area development framework called the Empire Perth development corridor. We devised a concept that equalized the value of a new building, adding original qualities to each floor of the tower.
The objective is to create capital appreciation as well as to create income by maximizing bulk on the property. The Development concept is a four Storey student accommodation with, parking, laundry, study centre, gym, as well as recreational roof deck. We enhanced the space intelligently to create additional usable areas in gardens and terraces.

Resulting in 130 Beds and creating a residential landmark in Auckland Park, we also maximized income revenue generation opportunities for our client
