Project Description

We were tasked to re imagine an existing house into a contemporary head office for Waston Consulting Engineers to provide a working environment that encourages interactive thinking for professionals in the built environment.

Spatial layout allows for social and workspace to be separated from each other for privacy, while providing social spaces that allow workers and directors to interact in their downtime.

Structural integrity and facade transformation were the main objectives in construction and project management in collaboration with designing with special consideration to the local climate as well as cost effective building strategies that gave the existing structure renewed longevity and a new start.
